This PR updates various pages to use the new LangChain Neo4j package. It updates all of the code snippets in this doc as well as links to documentation on the LangChain website. It also removes the 'Templates' section from the core LangChain page as these have now been removed from the core LangChain package.

Please use the correct linking format for external links. Left some suggestions, but this needs to be implemented everywhere.

Apologies @AlexicaWright @fiquick it appears the original pages being edited have now been deleted. As such I've deleted most of this PR. There was still one small LangChain import that needed updating though that I have left in.
