deduplicate dependency definition
The dependency definitions were duplicated in two places: dependencies in
pyproject.tomlandrequirements.txt.This duplication is solved with Dynamic Metadata.
From now on, you can say goodbye to the hassle of having to manage both
pyproject.tomlandrequirements.txtto update dependencies.Markdown fixes
fixed errors detected by markdownlint.
