Short-term roadmap

Currently correctness and performance testing; this will probably continue through the end of March 2018.

Late Summer 2021:

In the late summer of 2021, in a push to get parfu 0.6 put together. That will be in C++, and will have extraction, and more flexibility with rank assignment that should vastly improve performance. This version will have much more tar-like (but still simple) interface. The C++ flexibility will allow us to do all kinds of performance experiments by reconfiguring nodes and ranks and blocks on the fly internally.
