🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

  • Node.js 18+
  • AWS CLI configured with Bedrock access
  • AWS profile (default or custom)

Installation

  1. Clone and install dependencies:

    git clone <repository-url>
    cd think-o-matic-q
    npm run install:all
  2. Set up environment variables:

    cp .env.example .env
    # Edit .env with your credentials (see Setup Guide)
  3. Start the application:

    npm run dev

    This starts:

🔄 Workshop Workflow

  1. Create → Fill in workshop details and integration settings
  2. Generate Agenda → AI creates structured agenda based on workshop type
  3. Create Board → Miro board generated from template
  4. Conduct Workshop → Mark as conducted when complete
  5. Analyze → AI analyzes Miro board content for insights
  6. Create Tasks → Trello cards generated from action items
