I changed all 'OER_SLUG' to the text domain set in the plugin and created the POT file, this way editors, such as Loco translate, can recognize strings and help translate to other languages if necessary. It didn't break the plugin in my local environment, but I suggest testing this.
I started the spanish translation, but I'll continue once you can review it first.
