GQL-159: Support creating and querying collection bulk-update tasks - #193
GraphQL support for CMR's collection bulk-update API: initiate a bulk-update task against multiple collections, and query the status of tasks (list for a provider, or detailed status of a single task including per-collection results).
What is the Solution?
Added a new schema for bulk-update: BulkUpdateCollectionTask, BulkUpdateCollectionTaskDetail, and the related enums/inputs for update types, update fields, and statuses
Added two queries (bulkUpdateCollectionTasks, bulkUpdateCollectionTask) and one mutation (createBulkUpdateCollectionTask)
Added a new datasource that calls CMR's /ingest/providers/<provider>/bulk-update/collections endpoints directly via cmrIngest, since this isn't a searchable concept and doesn't fit the existing Concept base class
Mapped CMR's kebab-case fields to camelCase for the GraphQL layer, without touching the nested UMM-JSON values in findValue/updateValue/requestJsonBody, which must stay byte-for-byte as supplied
Parsed requestJsonBody with JSON.parse, since CMR returns it as a JSON-encoded string rather than a nested object
What areas of the application does this impact?
src/types/bulkUpdateCollection.graphql — defines the new types, enums, inputs, queries, and mutation
src/datasources/bulkUpdateCollection.js — fetches/creates bulk-update tasks against CMR and formats the responses
src/resolvers/bulkUpdateCollection.js — thin resolvers delegating queries/mutation to the datasource
src/graphql/handler.js — registers the new datasource functions in the Lambda's per-request context
Tests — new datasource and resolver test suites covering all three operations; __mocks__/mockServer.js updated so resolver tests have access to the new datasources
No CDK/infrastructure changes required (reuses the existing cmrRootUrl env var and Lambda egress path)
Testing
Find collection records on SIT to use as test data. See 'Field reference' for keyword schemes and fields can be updated. Update types are: ADD_TO_EXISTING, CLEAR_ALL_AND_REPLACE, FIND_AND_REPLACE, FIND_AND_REMOVE, FIND_AND_UPDATE, FIND_AND_UPDATE_HOME_PAGE_URL (See https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/ingest/site/docs/ingest/api.html). Some examples of query and mutation:

Walkthrough
The change adds GraphQL queries to list and retrieve bulk collection-update tasks, plus a mutation to create them. CMR Ingest data sources format task responses and send task requests. Resolvers expose these operations, and tests cover data-source and GraphQL behavior.
Adds task and collection status types, update enums, query inputs, task-list and detail queries, and a task-creation mutation. Registers the schema definitions.
Adds data sources to list, retrieve, and create tasks through CMR Ingest. Formats task and collection-status data, parses JSON request bodies, validates provider and task IDs, and tests responses and errors.
GraphQL wiring and tests src/resolvers/bulkUpdateCollection.js, src/resolvers/index.js, src/graphql/handler.js, src/resolvers/__tests__/*
Adds resolvers for task queries and creation, registers the data sources and resolvers, and tests the GraphQL responses.
The new bulk-update operations have no identified merge-blocking issue.

Validate conditional CMR fields before posting.
findValue and updateValue are nullable GraphQL inputs. A reachable mutation can omit either value, and the truthiness checks also drop supplied values such as false, 0, or "". CMR requires find-value for find operations and update-value for every operation except FIND_AND_REMOVE. CMR can reject the request with CMR_ERROR instead of creating a task.
Reject missing conditional fields based on updateType, and use presence-aware checks when adding supplied JSON values.

Assert requestJsonBody in the detail GraphQL test.
The detail query omits requestJsonBody, so this test does not exercise the GraphQL field exposure or JSON scalar serialization. The datasource test checks the formatter directly and cannot detect a regression in the GraphQL caller path. Add the field and its expected object; this is the complete focused correction for this coverage gap.
