Updates the Nanvix build/toolchain metadata for this repo to use Nanvix SDK v0.21.43-sdk.1, keeping the manifest and lockfile in sync for reproducible Nanvix builds.
Changes:
- Bump
nanvix-versionand the referenced SDK version/digest in.nanvix/nanvix.toml. - Regenerate
.nanvix/nanvix.lockto reflect the new SDK version, image digest/ref, and resolved upstream commits/assets.
