Updates the Nanvix SDK configuration for this repo to the next verified SDK release, keeping the manifest and lockfile in sync for reproducible Nanvix builds.
Changes:
- Bump
nanvix-versionfrom0.21.22to0.21.32in the Nanvix manifest. - Update the configured SDK toolchain version/image digest to
v0.21.32-sdk.1. - Regenerate
.nanvix/nanvix.lockmetadata and resolved asset references for the new SDK.

Automated coherent update to verified Nanvix SDK
v0.21.32-sdk.1. The manifest and lockfile were generated atomically by the target zutils implementation.
