💡 What: Added explicit keyboard navigation support for the main scroller container and enhanced the visual focus states across the site.
🎯 Why: Keyboard users and screen readers previously struggled to interact with the scrollable table container. Additionally, the existing focus outlines were too subtle, failing WCAG contrast guidelines for interactive elements.
📸 Before/After: Visual focus states on links, buttons, and the .scroller now explicitly use an offset 2px accent outline.
♿ Accessibility: Added tabindex="0", role="region", and aria-label="Measurement results" to the measurement table container, making it fully accessible and identifiable. Separated :focus-visible states in CSS for explicit outline styling.

Closing as a superseded duplicate during a theme-wave triage of the automation backlog: one candidate per theme is kept open for review (#241). Nothing is lost - this PR can be reopened if its specific approach is wanted.
