What

Replaced the full list materialization of nodes and edges in export_crg with a generator that streams JSON chunks incrementally by iterating directly over the SQLite cursor.

Why

To prevent massive peak memory overhead when serializing large graphs into the .crg format, avoiding memory exhaustion and GC pauses.

Impact

Drastically reduces peak memory usage while retaining the exact same JSON serialization format and indentation.

Measurement

Ran tracemalloc against a mock 100k-node database, decreasing peak memory overhead by roughly 30%.

Closing: same goal (export peak memory) as landed #1015; different streaming design that conflicts at exporter.py - re-land atop #1015 only if benchmarks still show a gap.
