Timezone changer toggle in settings works like if someone connect to a IP the system timezone auto change to that IP timezone

Additional context
Some sites detect timezone and disallow specific functionality if timezone is different from the IP's timezone
can be checked here https://whoer.net
It will be awesome if we get a toggle option in settings for it.
