I think RadioDroid is DEAD (2023) - Anyone pick this up?

RadioDroid was one of the best streamers out there for Android. The whole segment of streaming apps went greedy and are charging a subscription.
Anyone know if this was picked up and continued development?

This fork also no longer add update anymore

This fork completely stopped working today, since it also uses the (api.)radiobrowser.info that has been taken over by badware. Changing it to (api.)radio-browser.info might work.

Anyone interested in creating a fork?

Btw, with the app Obtainium that is in F-Droid, you can use GitHub/GitLab releases pages to install/update apps directly from them. So together with a fork, we could be very comfortable again.
