Android Auto not working that well

Hello there,

First of all, thanks for this fork!

I'm having a few issues when connected to my car.

1. I see two RadioDroid apps of which one does not work, the other does.
2. My car (A Peugeot 308SW with iCockpit), normally shows the now playing song/stream on my main dashboard, where the speedometer is.
   This works for other streaming software, but for some reason not for RadioDroid, it keeps telling me, waiting to start, even while the stream is playing already.

I'm not really sure how to provide more details to help troubleshoot this, but if pointers are given I can try to get the details.

I can't see any of the RadioDroid apps in my Android Auto :( BMW

So the player when playing shows up on my car screen, but the app icon on the left shows the Samsung Music player, not RadioDroid. I still don't have the RadioDroid app in my Android Auto app list.
