Add a MongoDB local container

This PR:

• adds a MongoDB local container, so we can run the whole Library app in a Codespace without needing to create a MongoDB Atlas cluster.
• changes the server port from port 5000 (taken by AirDrop in macOS) to port 5400.
• adds a copy of the Library app to be imported on startup
