docs: document bar chip, picker pills, and preview paths - #2

Bring the README in line with the current overlay: bar chip states, LIVE/DND/DRAFT, and the commands extras can run. Note that the unused landing wants the same picker shot at www/public/preview.png. Co-authored-by: Christoffer Hallas <github@christofferhallas.com>
