feat(chezmoi): configure enableTelemetry in agy settings

Adds the top-level enableTelemetry setting for the Antigravity CLI (agy) by mapping it from the gemini.telemetry.enabled boolean in the chezmoi configuration file. This permits metrics collection and crash log streaming to be fully disabled.
