Skala version 1.1.1

Updated release of the Skala community version. Note that no changes have been made to the Skala model for the exchange-correlation functional.

What's Changed

• Support for pyscf version > 2.9.0
• Arguments for gen_response on the mean field object (SkalaRKS/SkalaUKS) are fixed in line with pyscf.
• Small style improvements (mypy strict)
