Looks great and is super straightforward! A few remaining UI nits:

  1. load sample ticket could expand to show entire text (perhaps better than drag expanding for demo)
  2. I like the simplified direction - as far as presenting this "UI" as the app or dev console, I think both are reasonable and am not very strong either way, just something I wanted to bring for discussion. I get the "dev console" approach as "it's not really the full app and this is just a ui for the agent under test". At the same time, we could also just name it the app and drop the dev console explanation. What do you think?

As far as participant run-through experience, let's emphasize the hot-reload and env-file that uvicorn and uv can do (or at least do it for the recording). Can sync offline on details for this!
