C# function calls push
line_of_code_in_no_semicolon, so by extending C# and putting a pop lookahead pattern on a double quote inline_of_code_in, we get support for Razor inside HTML attribute strings, including function calls with nested C# strings etc.Currently very messy due to time constraints, but can be cleaned up...
