Quickstart

# Clone.
git clone [email protected]:mgijax/vlad.git
cd vlad

# Configure. Defaults are for MGI installs.
cp Configuration.default Configuration

# Edit as needed
vim Configuration 

# Install. Rerun if you change anything.
./Install

# Get/refresh data. Rerun as needed.
bin/refresh_data

# Update Apache config. Vlad is served from the build directory
# Requires restart.
