chore: bump to Angular v20

This PR bump the version to Angular v20

• migrate the builder form @angular-devkit/builder to @angular/build
• migrate the control flow
• fix the test and error

@mgechev what i could do in a next PR is to migrate the demo applciation in standalone and maybe repalce the karma test by the vitest test ? What do you think ?
