Misc improvements

This PR includes the changes I've locally in my setup. In particular it provides the following improvements:

• Adds support for CI on Travis.
• Moves to more recent versions of mesos and ES.
• Allows narrowing offer selection using attributes. This is handy if you want ES run only on a subset of your cluster.
