Patch release wrapping PR #340 (init --upgrade + plugin-version doctor row, #327) for current 0.57.x users. Closes the last sub-issue of the DX overhaul (#320). The CHANGELOG entry for #340 missed the [Unreleased] section in the merge — adding it now as [0.57.2] directly. Binary-only bump. claudectl-core / claudectl-tui stay at 0.52.1.
