Summary

• Add the live room concept brief and a six-page PDF for review.
• Propose a ten-ticket PoC backlog and a starting browser stack, with room to explore the visual treatment and timing of cues.
• Define how agents will build and verify the scene, MIDI input and replay with shared fixtures and a handoff ledger.
• Record the discovery and decision history in the project memory.

The study compares the same visual world as it drifts, responds to gesture, and adds occasional harmonic reflection. A facilitated cue can test the experience while annotated replay verifies the real parser connection. Live interpretation has a separate evidence gate.

This is a documentation PR for the live playing experience alongside the hosted chord-page PoC.

Verification

• On the current base (7b9b5d6), npm run typecheck, npm test, and npm run build passed. Vitest reported 101 passes and five expected failures.
• Reproduced the chord-order and single-chord ranking probes on that revision.
• Checked Markdown links and PDF metadata.

Browser capability, the physical MIDI rig, and the experience study are build-stage checks.
