This implements functional Folia support into AvatarDonations. Although this isn't the best/recommended approach, CommandAPI does not compile against MDLib, and in addition, CommandAPI requires you to either pick a platform or to create a more advanced module system to support both platforms. To ensure this PR is as clean as possible, recommendations/tips from the authors are needed so Spigot support can be properly retained.
