Often, I find mystery internal IPs in packet captures and network diagnostics and I need to know what owns them - a host, a vpc endpoint, an elb, or whatever. This retrieves everything you need to know about a set of IPs. Not all of the fields will be present, depending on what owns it, so you'll often see None in there, but it's already proven very useful.
