[feedback] The preview can be displayed in a separate window #97
quick update: shipped the media preview work from #95 separately so that patch could stay small. keeping this open for the separate preview window request; automatic formatting still needs a separate formatter decision before implementation.
Implemented in #105: the main preview pane now has a small floating control to open a live separate preview window, with sync/focus handling and failure feedback. Merged in 1351482.
