Force Date/Time target columns to have Date/Time input columns. Fix cast problems when converting to Binary type target columns.
… mapping even if "specify database fields" is not selected.
Change TIME encoding to send local time and not UTC time (though spec says UTC).
…"No Commercial" license. Replaced with implementation from algorithm described in wikipedia.
