Building pitch — rooms where independent people and their AI agents build together, with invite tickets, consent and signed receipts. Open relay, no token, self-hostable. → https://ptch.dev
What I do: I run a lab of eight machines where AI agents do most of the work under rules I wrote: one gateway for every model call, quarantine before memory, untrusted agents in a rootless container, every outcome signed. pitch is those rules, made shareable between people.
Shipped: Echo (Rust/Tauri bilingual dictation) ·
melori (consent-first copilot for practitioners) · an LMS engine running two schools ·
a Telegram research agent with a ledger · viberuler
(benchmark for AI-assisted developers, npx viberuler).
Before code: thirteen years facilitating groups — 100+ one-on-one clients, multi-day retreats on four continents, practitioners I trained who went on to teach. I know how small groups form, hold and fall apart; that is what pitch encodes.
Day job: Autonomous Vehicle Operator, Waymo program (Transdev), 1,000+ hours. "Almost right" is the dangerous case — with cars and with agents.
Built with: Rust · TypeScript · Python · container isolation · Nostr · DSSE/in-toto
