I have now also added the 8MHz optiboot for use with a crystal. In that case too the upload speed had to be reduced to 57600 baud to upload sketches reliably. |

How do I compile the 8MHz bootloader to use an external 8MHz oscillator? |

Added both standard and optiboot bootloaders for 8MHz boards using the internal oscillator.
The optiboot makefile was modified to compile the 8MHz optiboot bootloader. The upload speed had to be reduced to 57600 baud to allow for imprecision of internal oscillator.
For the standard bootloader, only the fuses needed to be changed. The 8MHz bootloader file already present was used.
