Allow hosts to resolve Sandbox 0.4.0 alongside this runner. Release 0.2.3 widens the dependency range and tests the published 0.4.0 package; the runner still advertises neither fresh creation nor confirmed remote session termination.
Validation: full
mix precommitpassed (62 tests, zero failures, 97.47% coverage); release gate passed. Merging publishes 0.2.3 through CI.
