  • Use machine_start() and machine_reset() overrides for machine start/reset functions
  • Suppress side effects for debugger reads
  • Reduce duplicates
  • Minor optimization in bitmap draw function
  • Reduce duplications
  • Reduce literal tag usages
  • Make some variables constant
  • Fix comments
  • Fix spacings
  • Fix namings
