fix: import missing encodeRecipe in VideoEditor

Description

Fixes a runtime/build error in VideoEditor.tsx caused by a missing import.
encodeRecipe was being called on line 280 but not imported from
@/hooks/useVideoEditor, which broke the build (encodeRecipe is not defined).
Added the missing named import. Verified with a clean npm run build —
compiles, lints, type-checks, and all pages generate successfully.
