Closes #187\n\nLoad the upload, spinner, and success Lottie JSON files on demand instead of importing them statically. That trims initial bundle cost and keeps the animation behavior the same once each view needs it.\n\nValidation:\n- bunx tsc -p tsconfig.json --noEmit\n- git diff --check
