- Implements scrolling by using existing ARROW_UP / ARROW_DOWN logic to move pages
- mouseSpecified value was not taking into account the paging window
- Includes changes to TableTest Junit to show row selection handling
- Requires setMouseCaptureMode() be set in TestBase class
