Add TweetClaw candidate import path

Summary

• add scripts/tweetclaw_candidates.py to normalize reviewed TweetClaw/OpenClaw X/Twitter JSON into the existing Twitter candidate shape
• document the optional OpenClaw install and import flow in README.md and SKILL.md
• add a focused test and wire it into npm test

Notes

• The importer only reads local reviewed JSON and prints candidate rows. It does not post tweets, post tweet replies, send direct messages, upload media, call the S4L API, or drive the browser.
• The existing score_twitter_candidates.py step remains responsible for scoring and upsert behavior.

Validation

• npm test
• npm pack --dry-run --json
• git diff --check
• TweetClaw npm metadata readback returned @xquik/tweetclaw 1.6.31 with npm-first OpenClaw install metadata
• Link checks returned 200 for the target repo, s4l.ai, social-autoposter registry metadata, TweetClaw GitHub, and TweetClaw registry metadata
