This PR fixes the ability to finely ask what is to be kept and what is not to be kept. Now you can keep pending todos or finished todos in previous day's journal (or any combination).
Challenges
This PR uses the ts and esbuild system and cannot be accepted until that PR has gone trhough.
Testing apparatus for this is still under way.
