What changed
Why
The library was implemented against the v0.9 release candidate. The released v0.9 and v0.9.1 specifications changed schemas, defaults, lifecycle rules, capabilities, functions, and Basic Catalog behavior.
Impact
Consumers can explicitly negotiate and process released v0.9 and v0.9.1 while existing v0.8 APIs and behavior remain supported.
