fix: skip incompatible antigravity manifest modules

Summary

• remove antigravity from the target lists for platform-configs and workflow-quality
• keep the core antigravity profile limited to modules the target can actually scaffold
• stop profile installs from copying incompatible skills/config modules into .agent

Keeping this in 1.10 for compatibility validation. Current main intentionally supports Antigravity by skipping incompatible manifest modules, and tests assert that behavior. Before merge, please document the exact incompatible paths or target capability rule and add install-plan/install-apply regression coverage. We should avoid removing target declarations without reproducible evidence.
