Would it be possible to add a feature to use email templates for notifications?
It would be great to be able to send ie. XML formatted email with fields as values of an email with optional static content

What exactly is your feature request?
Is this a duplicate of Templating (#975) or #2362?
If it is not, please edit your issue to make it more clear ^^
Duplicates just make issue management harder for everyboday and lead to more duplicates.

I was thinking about a feature where the email can be templated like an HTML website builder does it. The request in #646 is even more complex so I guess this one could be closed.
