update live_activity patch to cc8ee11

The author of LoopKit/Loop PR 2191 added more commits to the PR.

This modification puts the old version into archive (labeled with the commit associated with the older version) and updates the current version of the patch to commit cc8ee11 in the PR.

Test

This was tested using this method:

Start with a vanilla version of Loop 3.4.4.
In the LoopWorkspace folder, call up the main branch of the customization:

export PATCH_BRANCH="main"
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/loopandlearn/lnl-scripts/main/CustomizationSelect.sh)"

Select live activity and install on the test phone
Confirm live activity is working

Call up the la_update branch of the customization:

export PATCH_BRANCH="la_update"
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/loopandlearn/lnl-scripts/main/CustomizationSelect.sh)"

You should be offered the chance to update the live activity customization
Select update live activity and install on the test phone
Confirm live activity is working
