so the loading of the language information has more criteria to be more precise and prevent finding more than one matching translation lochmueller#663

With this fix the reindexing in a fairly big installation runs again without errors. I haven't checked thoroughly if the reindexing works as expected but after a quick check it seems like everything is alright. |

the last fix for #663 wasn't enough and let to exceptions because still more than one translation might be found.
