I've had 7 PRs merged, mostly in GlobalISel and AArch64 (known bits, sign bits, inline asm) plus KnownBits: #209075, #209171, #209360, #210262, #210269, #213480, #238927. Each time a PR is approved I have to ask the reviewer to merge it for me (most recently #238927). With commit access I could land approved patches myself, and fix or revert my own changes quickly if a buildbot breaks. I plan to keep working in GlobalISel and AArch64.
