Notes

• I made an ats6 branch of Branson and set it to default to the 30 group build of branson. Hopefully this is one less thing to potentially misconfigure.
• I have not included anything about Umpire in the build instructions, how do you want to handle that configuration?
• The memory footprint didn't come from me, Riyaz, is this what you would recommend for estimating memory? I moved it to the memory use section
• I am leaving the scalability sections blank as I think Riyaz has data to slot in there.
