So it turns out that because of a few changes to pip, nobody can actually install
python-nextbuson pip, and even if you try to clone the repo, you can'tpip installit locally. This is a first attempt at trying to fix this.At least I can get this to work on python 3.5; the other nextbus parser on PyPI doesn't even work on newer versions of Python.
