We ran into a snag on this one. We thought it would be a simple manner of adding the linkml readers and dumpers but the internals of linkml-map don't use linkml data classes. On further discussion, we don't think we want to change to using linkml data classes internally so we're going to implement the loaders and dumpers differently. I'm proposing we start with the loaders as I think that may be the simplest case. |
