…tribute check A settings field's `default` is now the field's effective value wherever nobody set one — the form pre-fills it and the host resolves it into ctx.config / ctx.settings.get() — and `required` is enforced on both the form and the host. Document both, the rules a default must follow (never on a secret, boolean on a checkbox, one of the options), the eleven attributes the host stores and the `manifest.settings-known-keys` warning on anything else, `dev` seeding its fixtures from the defaults, and the `settingDefaults` export for mirroring the host in createMockHost tests.
