This updates the list of supported ciphers and MACs to reflect what will be available after libssh2/libssh2#40 is merged. Currently, OpenSSH has the CBC ciphers and RC4 disabled by default in newer versions, so the page as it is right now implies that libssh2 isn't compatible with modern OpenSSH.
If, for some reason, libssh2/libssh2#40 isn't merged, I can redo this without those changes.
