Delete the now-unreferenced flavour-text inventory, report instructions, and bespoke tests. Human editorial review is already complete in the authoritative runbook; the retained policy still prohibits agent-authored hints and flavour text.
Validation: Python suite (33 passed), Python compilation, action-pin audit, and diff check.
