🗒️ Description

We recently had confusion regarding the comment right before the supermajority check, in which part of it said more than 2/3 of validator votes are required for justification, when the rest of the comment and the following code said at least 2/3 are required.

This PR fixes this discrepancy and also clarifies some other cases. It also fixes unrelated typos found in the documentation while searching.
